Description
The City Public Works Department wishes to notify you of scheduled road maintenance operations on Brook Circle. These essential works will begin on Monday, August 3. 2026, and is expected to continue for several weeks, concluding on Friday, August 16, 2026.
The scope of work includes removing and resurfacing the roadway, repairing damaged curbs and gutters. To minimize disruption to homeowners, work will be conducted in sections, with each section taking approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. The work schedule will run from 7:00 AM to 7:00PM, Monday through Saturday.
Please note the following important details:
Driveway access will be limited during the concrete prep and concrete set time; you will need to find alternative parking until the road is reopened. Road access will be maintained during business hours, though some lane closures may be necessary – Work will generate noise from equipment and machinery – Parking restrictions will be in place during active construction phases – Pedestrian access to all homes will be maintained throughout the project – Notice signage will be posted 72 hours before work begins on your section.
This schedule may shift slightly depending on weather conditions and work progress in earlier sections.
