Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 28 at 3:23PM EDT until July 28 at 4:15PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 323 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Plainfield,
moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Carlisle, Lower Allen, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, New Cumberland,
Lemoyne, Plainfield, Schlusser, Boiling Springs, Dillsburg, Mount
Holly Springs, and Shiremanstown.
This includes the following Interstates...
The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 213 to 241.
Interstate 81 from mile markers 39 to 55.
Interstate 83 from mile markers 39 to 41.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
