TO CONSIDER MOUNT AIRY CASINO RESORT’S REQUEST TO REFURBISH PRIOR EXISTING GOLF DRIVING RANGE PURSUANT TO DEED OF CONSERVATION EASEMENT
AND DECLARATION BETWEEN MOUNT AIRY AND PARADISE TOWNSHIP
TAKE NOTICE that the Paradise Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Paradise Township Municipal Building, 5912 Paradise Valley Rd., Paradise Valley, PA, the purpose of which is to consider Mount Airy’s request, pursuant to Section F, Page 10, of the Deed of Conservation Easement and Declaration of Restrictive Covenants, between Mount Airy and Paradise Township, dated October 10, 2007, and recorded in Record Book 2318, Page 8549, in Monroe County public records, requesting to reestablish and refurbish a golf driving range. A description of the proposed project is set forth in correspondence, dated June 19, 2026, which correspondence, together with a copy of the Deed of Conservation Easement, is available for review at the Township Municipal Building, and is also available on the Township’s Website: www.paradisetownship.com. Copies of the full text of the correspondence and/or the Conservation Easement can be purchased at the Paradise Township Municipal Building for the actual cost of reproduction during regular business hours. The hearing will be convened during the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors which starts at 6:00 p.m. After the hearing and during the continuance of the regular meeting, the Board will consider, if in order, action on Mount Airy’s request as well as other business coming before the Board at that time.
