Permit Email Scam ALERT: A nationwide Zoning & Planning Scam is targeting residents and businesses. Scammers are posing as local Planning and Zoning Officials via email asking for payment for permits. A common red flag of this scam is an email coming from the domain "usa.com". Please stay diligent and verify any sender asking for payment - never send payment via wire transfer. Conewago Township does not send email invoices for payment of permits. Official Conewago Township emails end in "@conewagotwp.com".
