Description
The York County Special Needs Registry is a program provided by the York County Office of Emergency Management. Any York County resident who feels they may need additional assistance in an emergency situation should register for the program. Information collected will be forwarded to and maintained by the municipality the individual lives in and may be shared with first responders, such as fire, police, and EMS departments.
For Lower Windsor Twp. residents, the registry is maintained by our Emergency Services Coordinator who shares the information with fire, EMS and police so they have visibility of the disabled citizens in an emergency.
