Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
* Until 545 PM EDT.
* At 449 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Kendall Park,
or 8 miles west of New Brunswick, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to
roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

New Brunswick, Perth Amboy, Somerset, Edison, Middletown, Old
Bridge, East Brunswick, South Brunswick, Sayreville, North
Brunswick, Carteret, Holmdel, Keansburg, Matawan, Jamesburg, Rocky
Hill, Millstone, Skillman, Brownville, and Society Hill.

New Jersey Turnpike between exits 10 and 13.
Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 11.
Garden State Parkway between mile markers 110 and 134.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for central and
northern New Jersey.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
