Special Weather Statement issued July 21 at 4:04PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 403 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Parkville, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hanover, Parkville, Red Lion, Spry, Dallastown, Shrewsbury, Codorus,
Spring Grove, Stewartstown, Glen Rock, Pennville, Jacobus, Yoe, Cross
Roads, Railroad, Loganville, Winterstown, Seven Valleys, and
Glenville.
