SUSQUEHANNA WAYNE WYOMING
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF BINGHAMTON, DELHI, HALLSTEAD,
HAMILTON, HAWLEY, HAZLETON, HONESDALE, MILFORD, MONTICELLO,
MONTROSE, NORWICH, ONEIDA, ONEONTA, ROME, SCRANTON, TUNKHANNOCK,
