🚨 Air Quality Advisory – Recreation & Swimming Pool Update 🚨
Due to predicted high AQI (Air Quality Index) levels, all morning Borough activities at the Park and Swimming Pool — including swimming lessons and Yoga in the Park — will be cancelled tomorrow morning.
In addition, the Crafton Mini-Golf will be CLOSED this evening. The Carlynton Marching Band will operate their Mini-golf Fundraiser, Saturday, July 19, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, as the AQI is predicted to improve by tomorrow evening.
Pool operating hours will be reassessed tomorrow morning based on updated air quality conditions. Depending on the AQI, the pool may open for normal hours, delayed hours, or remain closed. As always, the swimming pool and mini-golf operating hours are always dependent on weather conditions.
We'll post an update as soon as tomorrow's hours are confirmed — please check back before heading over.
⚠️ Individuals who are sensitive to poor air quality, including those with asthma, respiratory issues, heart conditions, older adults, and young children, are encouraged to limit outdoor exposure until conditions improve.
