Penn Waste Collection Update - EARLY START

Description
Due to forecasted excessive heat over the next few days, Penn Waste routes will start earlier than normal (6:00 AM) in order to complete service prior to the hottest times of the day.
In order to ensure collection, we recommend placing your totes curbside the evening before your collection day. The service route time adjustment is for the safety of the crew.
