Aspinwall Borough Council invites residents, business owners, and property owners to attend a Public Hearing on the Borough's proposed comprehensive update to the Zoning Ordinance.

The proposed update modernizes the Borough's zoning regulations, including zoning districts, permitted uses, development standards, parking, signage, landscaping, lighting, environmental protections, administrative procedures, and the Official Zoning Map. The revisions are designed to support the goals of Aspinwall's Comprehensive Plan while meeting the requirements of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
The proposed ordinance and zoning map are available for public review during regular business hours at the Borough Office. Copies are available at the cost of reproduction.
We encourage all interested residents to attend, learn about the proposed changes, and share their comments. Borough Council may consider adoption of the ordinance at a subsequent regular voting meeting.
