LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Manheim, York County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing Monday, July 20, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at their office at 5191 Wool Mill Road, Glenville, PA 17329 to consider adoption of a new Comprehensive Plan. The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code requires that a municipality’s Comprehensive Plan be reviewed and updated periodically.

The Township’s proposed Comprehensive Plan is intended to establish a strategic framework to guide growth, preserve rural character, and enhance quality of life for residents over the next decade and beyond. The Township’s vision is to sustain and enhance its established rural character through thoughtful planning and stewardship of scenic landscapes and agricultural heritage. The Plan includes a series of goals and objectives to direct the Township’s future land use and community planning actions.

A copy of the proposed Comprehensive Plan may be reviewed online at www.manheimtwpyorkpa.org or at the Township Office, 5191 Wool Mill Road, Glenville, PA 17329, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interested citizens are invited to attend the aforesaid meeting of the Township of Manheim.
