Flood Watch issued July 6 at 9:38PM EDT until July 6 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, in northwest Pennsylvania, Jefferson
PA. In southwest Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland.
In western Pennsylvania, Armstrong, Higher Elevations of Indiana,
Indiana and Westmoreland.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The combination of saturated grounds and heavy rain potential
from slow moving thunderstorms creates a higher risk for flash
flooding, especially in poor drainage, low lying areas, or areas
that experienced flooding within the previous three days.
