Flash Flood Warning issued July 6 at 1:42AM EDT until July 6 at 1:45AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Tuesday for
portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
