North central Mahoning County in northeastern Ohio...
* Until 145 PM EDT.
* At 1259 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Newton
Falls, or 9 miles southwest of Warren, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include...
Warren, Niles, Newton Falls, Lordstown, Leavittsburg, Hilltop,
Austintown, Windham, Craig Beach, North Jackson, South Canal,
Bolindale, Turnpike Interchange, Mineral Ridge, Champion Heights,
and Howland Center.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

building.
