Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued July 4 at 6:00PM EDT until July 4 at 6:15PM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
At 600 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Moscow, or 7
miles southeast of Scranton, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Scranton, Dunmore, Old Forge, Archbald, Blakely, Taylor, Dickson
City, Moosic, Olyphant, and Duryea.

Heavy rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash
