THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ATHENS, BREAKABEEN, CAIRO, CATSKILL,
COBLESKILL, COXSACKIE, GILBOA, JEFFERSON, JEFFERSON HEIGHTS,
KINGSTON, LIVINGSTONVILLE, MIDDLEBURGH, NEW PALTZ,
AND NORTH BLENHEIM.
