Water/Sewer Billing Notifications Clarification

Recently, the Borough of Littlestown mailed a form requesting updated contact information for water and sewer billing accounts. This information was needed to implement our new notification software.
We understand there has been some confusion regarding the notifications being sent. If you provided an email address, the system will automatically send you a notification when your bill is available. This notification does not require you to create an online account.
Creating an online account is optional and allows you to view your bill, account history, and other account information online. Residents are not required to sign up for electronic billing (e-bills) or online payments.
Please note that if you choose to enroll in e-billing, paper bills will no longer be mailed to you. If you prefer to continue receiving paper bills by mail, simply do not enroll in e-billing.
