Significant event details and developments:
Hazards: Extreme Heat Warning issued for all of southeastern Pennsylvania Wednesday through Saturday. High temperatures Wednesday through Saturday around 95-105 degrees. Heat index values forecast to be between 100-110 degrees during that time. Overnight low temperatures only dropping into mid 70s to low 80s will offer little to no relief.
Impacts: Combination of very hot and humid conditions for multiple consecutive days can result in heat related illnesses for the entire population, especially for the elderly and young.
Location: Throughout Montgomery County and surrounding region.
Timing: Wednesday through Saturday, with the hottest days being Thursday and Friday
