Description
Please remember that fireworks displays of any kind must be approved by the Mayor and the Fire Chief, with an application for a permit made in writing with record of a competent operator at least 21 years of age and application must include a certificate of insurance.
Fireworks may not be used with 150 feet of a building or vehicle.
On July 2, 3, and 4- fireworks, with approval, may be used between 10:00pm and 1:00am.
