On Thursday, July 9, 2026, the PA Dog Warden and authorized associates will be in our area conducting checks with dog owners to verify that they are properly licensed and vaccinated.
You can purchase a license online at padoglicense.com. Or at the Luzerne County Licensing office at 20 N Pennsylvania Ave, Wilkes Barre.
There are also two satellite sites that sell licenses in Luzerne County: the SPCA of Luzerne County in Wilkes Barre and the Hazleton Animal Shelter in Hazleton.
