Description
Please be advised that the Borough's Public Works Department will be conducting an aggressive street-sweeping program to remove as many loose stone chips as possible.
Street sweeping will begin this Thursday and Friday and continue throughout next week and the following weeks as needed.
Residents are encouraged to avoid parking on the street whenever possible.
On streets with parking on both sides, please coordinate with your neighbors and park on only one side of the street at a time. Once the street sweeper has passed, vehicles may be moved to the opposite side to allow for additional sweeping.
Street sweeping is an important part of keeping our Borough clean and safe. The more curb and roadway surface that is accessible, the more effectively our crews can remove loose material and improve street conditions.
