Description
Kinsley Construction will be starting a project on Market Street from Wilson Ln. to Emig St. for the York Water Co. and Columbia Gas. Along with this, they will also be working on S. Broad St. and S. Wilson Ln. Kinsley will begin by replacing the water main and then individual services. This project is proposed to end December 1st. York Water Co. was to have mailed letters to their customers notifying them of this project. Kinsley will begin at Broad and Market Streets and move west. No parking signs will be posted accordingly as they will not be restricting traffic flow on Market Street.
