Description
Dover Township wants residents to know that the proposed zoning amendment regarding data centers, and other uses, is a planning measure only. The Township is not aware of any proposed data center project at this time. The amendment, among other things, would define data centers, limit them to the existing Industrial Zone, and establish standards related to noise, utilities, water supply, and inspections so the Township has clear regulations in place if such a use is ever proposed.
