Description
Residents are reminded that with the 4th of July rapidly approaching, the Borough's Fireworks Ordinance mandates that fireworks may not intentionally ignite or discharge within 150 feet of an occupied structure. Violators of this ordinance will be cited. To read the full ordinance, visit the home page of the borough's website, fortyfort.org. It will also be attached to this notification.
