Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 14 at 8:54PM EDT until June 14 at 9:30PM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
At 854 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Fairview
Heights, or near Wilkes-Barre, moving northeast at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Wilkes-Barre, Kingston, Nanticoke, Plains, Pittston, Plymouth,
Moosic, Exeter, Swoyersville, and Duryea.
