Description
Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 14 at 7:38PM EDT until June 14 at 8:15PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 738 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Dehart Dam,
moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Lykens, Elizabethville, Williamstown, Klingerstown, Fort Indiantown
Gap, Dehart Dam, Wiconisco, Gratz, and Enders.
This includes Interstate 81 from mile markers 93 to 96.
This includes Route 209 from Elizabethville to near Williamstown.
Stay inside a well built structure and keep away from windows.
