Flood Warning issued June 11 at 9:48PM CDT by NWS Lincoln IL
...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Illinois...
Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass, Fulton and Mason
Counties.
Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Morgan, Brown, Cass and
Schuyler Counties.
.The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Illinois River near Havana.
* WHEN...From Friday morning until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Access road to Anderson Lake north
campground closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 12.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 18.5
feet Wednesday evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
