Special Marine Warning issued June 10 at 10:37PM EDT until June 10 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

Nearshore waters from Conneaut OH to Ripley NY...
Open waters from Conneaut OH to Ripley NY...
At 1037 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 11 nm west of
Ripley, or 11 nm northeast of Erie, moving east at 40 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
Locations impacted include...
Erie.
Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.
Frequent lightning is occurring with this storm. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
