Description
Although purchasing Fireworks is legal in Pennsylvania, White Haven Borough has an ordinance that prohibits the discharging of fireworks without a permit. This is due to the close proximity of homes and the threat of a potential fire and property damage.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and avoid a visit from the police department by refraining from fire works or obtaining a permit.
