A. Liberoni will be starting their paving projects the week of June 8. Their plan is to mill Park Avenue (from Wilkins to McKinley) and leave it unpaved for the next 4-5 weeks until the demolition of 518 Park Avenue is complete. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but it is only temporary.
While they are waiting to pave that section of Park Ave., they are going to start the milling & paving of Ardmore Manor, Newton, Fourth and the top section of Park (near Columbia).
Minniefield plans on demolishing 518 Park on July 1 and 995 Garfield immediately after. They stated that if they complete their prior projects, they will start earlier.
