Description
Warrington Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 10, at 5:30PM at the Warrington Township Municipal Building, to consider the adopting of the following ordinance:
"AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF VEHICLES PERMITTED TO TRAVEL OVER QUAKER MEETING ROAD BRIDGE; AUTHORIZING THE POSTING OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS; ESTABLISHING PENALTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT."
The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a maximum allowable weight for the Quaker Meeting Bridge in order to protect public safety and preserve the structural integrity of the bridge.
This notification was posted by Warrington Township. Warrington Township is solely responsible for this notification and unless specifically indicated, no other community or individual utilizing Savvy Citizen is sponsoring, responsible for, or endorsing this notification.
