📋 Building Permits are required for: 🔨 Decks 🏊 Swimming Pools
📋 Zoning Permits are required for: 🧱 Retaining Walls 🚧 Fences 🏚️ Sheds & Similar Accessory Structures
📏 Fence Height Reminder (Zoning Ordinance §225-32): ➡️ Side & Rear Yards: max 6 feet ➡️ Front Yards: max 4 feet
