Flood Watch issued June 3 at 3:45AM CDT until June 3 at 6:00AM CDT by NWS Lubbock TX
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Garza and Lynn Counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CDT early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Several clusters of slow-moving thunderstorms will continue
through the early morning hours. Thunderstorms may move over
the same areas repeatedly which may result in flash flooding.
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
