Flash Flood Warning issued June 3 at 2:12AM CDT until June 3 at 4:00AM CDT by NWS Lubbock TX

The National Weather Service in Lubbock has extended the
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central Lynn County in northwestern Texas...
* Until 400 AM CDT.
* At 212 AM CDT, emergency management reported ongoing flash
flooding across the warned area, with water over the roadway in
multiple locations along US-87. The heaviest rainfall has ended,
but up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen and light to moderate
rain remains possible. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inch
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already
occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Tahoka and Grassland.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
