Hurricane season is here, and now is the time to prepare your property to help protect your home, your neighbors, and our town.
Residents are encouraged to:
• Remove loose debris from yards
• Trim trees and overhanging branches
• Secure outdoor furniture, decorations, and trash cans
• Clear ditches and drainage areas when possible
• Properly dispose of storm-related waste
Loose items and debris can quickly become dangerous during high winds and severe weather.
Working together helps reduce flooding, property damage, and safety hazards throughout our community.
