Description
Today we ordered two new pieces of outdoor fitness equipment through our grant program — an exercise bike and a leg extension machine. These will be a great addition to the park and give residents more ways to stay active.
This week, we’ll also be ordering six new park benches to place along the walking trail so walkers can take a break and enjoy the park as they go.
Our bathroom repairs are now complete, and the restrooms will be open for public use this week, just in time for the summer crowds.
And we’re getting closer to starting work on the new parking area, which will make the park more accessible and convenient for everyone.
A lot of good progress is happening — and more is on the way.
