Dear Inglis Residents,
We’ve heard your questions regarding our water supply. As of today, May 31st, Inglis is still temporarily connected to Yankeetown water.
Our Water Department is waiting on a shipment of greensand, which we expect to arrive early next week. The Town has made every effort to expedite this shipment, but unfortunately, we were unable to secure an earlier delivery date. We are working hard to get our local system back up and running as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience, and we deeply appreciate your patience and cooperation.
