Flash Flood Warning issued May 24 at 10:39PM EDT until May 24 at 10:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and avoid any
remaining flooded roadways.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT for portions of east
central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
