🏊♂️Good news and bad news, Crafton!🏊♂️
The bad news: The pool will not be opening today. We know, we know — but unless you're part of a very exclusive polar bear plunge club, jumping into 60°F water on a chilly May morning probably isn't the Saturday you had in mind. We respect the dedication of those who still planned to show up in swimsuits anyway. You are built differently.
Sunday isn't looking much more promising either with a high in the low 70s and rain showers expected on and off all day long, so we're not anticipating pool hours this Saturday or Sunday.
The good news: Memorial Day looks like it will be the pool's opening day. We're eyeing a forecast in the mid to upper 70's with overcast skies — decent swimming weather and the clouds will keep the sunscreen guilt away! At this time, we plan to open for the holiday and kick off the season in style.
So, dust off those floaties, dig out last year's swimsuit (no judgment), and hopefully we'll see you at the pool on Monday, May 26th! 🎉
