* At 738 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 15 miles west of Youngstown to 17 miles west of
Lewiston to 13 miles west of Niagara Falls to 27 miles west of
Grand Island, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
