Special Weather Statement issued May 19 at 4:10PM CDT by NWS Memphis TN

At 409 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Dell, or near Manila, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Blytheville, Osceola, Gosnell, Manila, Steele, Keiser, Cooter, Dell,
Burdette, Marie, Little River, Etowah, Holland, Victoria, Calumet,
Dearman, Eastview, Lennie, Carson Lake, and Chilson.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 55 in Arkansas between mile markers 40 and 72.
Interstate 55 in Missouri between mile markers 1 and 7.
