Special Weather Statement issued May 19 at 4:59PM EDT by NWS State College PA
At 458 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles northwest of York to Weigelstown.
Movement was east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts from the west up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

York, Weigelstown, Shiloh, East York, Stonybrook-Wilshire, West York,
Grantley, Tyler Run-Queens Gate, Manchester, Hallam, Emigsville,
Wrightsville, Dover, North York, Yorklyn, Mount Wolf, Yorkana, East
Prospect, Penn State York, and York College Of Pennsylvania.
