Frost Advisory issued May 12 at 1:25AM EDT until May 12 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Temperatures tonight fall into the low to mid 30s, with
areas of frost developing in the early morning hours.
* WHERE...In New York, Onondaga, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, and Yates
Counties. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Southern
Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
