* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s.
* WHERE...Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Chautauqua,
Cattaraugus, and Allegany Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could damage or kill cold
sensitive vegetation.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
