* WHAT...Temperatures tonight fall into the mid to low 30s, with
areas of frost developing by morning.
* WHERE...In New York, Onondaga, Seneca, Southern Cayuga, and Yates
Counties. In Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Southern
Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
