* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible.
* WHERE...Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Northern Centre, Northern
Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, and Warren Counties.
* WHEN...From late tonight through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Those with agricultural interests should protect sensitive
vegetation. Unprotected early season plantings may freeze.
