Freeze Watch issued May 10 at 7:33PM EDT until May 12 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 33 will
result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 29 possible.
* WHERE...Lawrence, Armstrong, Butler, Higher Elevations of Indiana,
and Indiana Counties.
* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from midnight tonight to 8 AM EDT
Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Monday night through
Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
