* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 possible.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Lawrence, Armstrong, Butler, Higher
Elevations of Indiana, and Indiana Counties. In West Virginia,
Eastern Tucker County.
* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
