Fire Weather Watch issued May 6 at 2:24AM EDT until May 7 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Melbourne FL

...Critical Fire Weather Conditions Expected Thursday...

.Gusty southwest winds, low relative humidity, and drought
conditions will combine to cause critical fire weather conditions
from Lake and Volusia counties southward through Osceola and
Brevard counties during the afternoon and evening hours Thursday.

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Fire
Weather Watch, which is in effect from Thursday afternoon through
Thursday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA... Inland Volusia... Northern Lake... Orange...
Seminole... Osceola... Coastal Volusia... Southern Lake...
Inland Northern Brevard... Mainland Northern Brevard...
Northern Brevard Barrier Islands... Inland Southern Brevard...
Mainland Southern Brevard... Southern Brevard Barrier Islands.

* WIND...Southwest around 15 mph with gusts to around 25 mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 27 to 35 percent.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
Red Flag Warnings.
